Sitting in seat number 1. No room to put legs out at all. Seats have no padding and can not be reclined at all. I will not use this service again.

We had smiles, snacks and water, bus was on time and comfort (but not clean at all !). We travelled in VIP. Toilets are very smelly and inconfortable for a woman, that’s the big problem for every bus company here.

Bus departure time from original bus start destination, not from my actual departure bus depot(Surin) meaning I was waiting around for 1 1/2 hrs. Also, e-ticket with seat number etc needs to be exchanged for another ticket at the bus station. WHY ?? Journey generally good and arrived on time…mind you, it was 3.30 am. Bus is highly recommended over train. Generally speaking, a good way to travel and very good price
