Stefan PWe were 40 minutes early and of course expected to wait, but even after reading my WhatsApp, the operator did not make any attempt to pick us up early. Then after waiting 40 minutes, still noone was there with a name sign. We had to write on WhatsApp again, and overall we started 15 minutes late, so we waited almost an hour. The car was a beaten down Toyota with engine troubles, it vibrated like crazy and the check engine light was flashing desperately. We got to our destination, but overall the experience was not great.

Frank DNearly 4 hours Drive from Bangkok to Pattaya. Not enough space for this long time. The seats are Not comfotable.
It's Not acceptable that people are allowed to use mobile Phone loudspeaker during the Ride !!!! Would Not book again.

Vincent VMore than 2 hours delay, even though we left more than on time. We had to pick up people all the way across Bangkok which killed so much time. After arriving in Pattaya 1 hour late, the driver seemed not to have a scheduled itinerary for the drop offs. We were driving around town for another hour going north - south back and forth until our stop. Pick up at the Central Station was a bit uncomfortable as there was no seating available and we were told to sit on the curbside until someone shows up.
