Suresh I had booked a ticket from Pattaya to Bangkok and Bangkok to Phuket, in which I was supposed to leave Pattaya at 2 o'clock but the bus left at 3 o'clock and I was taken to Bangkok at 8 o'clock due to which I missed my Bangkok to Phuket bus. When I called the office they were not ready to talk and said talk in Bangkok, whereas the mistake was of the Pattaya office and I did not even get the refund for it. All of you should not trust this office nor take any service from them.

Edward I paid extra for "Priority Service" and it did not mean a thing! I got to the bus station over a half hour early. I asked for and was denied a window seat. To make matters worse I was directly behind the driver. The gentleman next to me let me have his window seat, but I was queasy the whole trip. I was afraid of throwing up because of where I was sitting. No room for my bag in that seat either. I was told at the station I had to take the seat assigned. I will use your service again but never pay extra!!
