There were no seats reserved even though we had already paid from the website. The 6:00 p.m. bus arrived at 6:50 p.m. and the check-in time was 5:45 p.m. The ticket seller sold tickets until the seats were full on the 6:00 p.m. bus time and oversold the tickets so that 4 people did not get on the bus. After asking the ticket seller, they were informed that it was because they were late for check-in and another 3 people. I bought tickets and couldn't get on the bus in time, so all 4 people had to get on the bus at 7:00 p.m., which was more than 30 minutes late. When I asked the reason, I was yelled at that it was the passengers' fault even though all the passengers had already paid. But the ticket seller exceeded the number of seats. And today, when I called to report this, I was yelled at and told that we were at fault. and uses emotion in talking, which is very bad.The employee who answered the phone cut us off without finishing the conversation and said it was all our fault. ไม่มีการจองเก้าอี้ไว้ให้ถึงเเม้เราจะจ่ายเงินจากเว็บไซต์ไปเเล้ว รถรอบ 18.00 รถมา 18.50 ซึ่งได้เข้าเชคอินเวลา 17.45 ผู้ขายตั๋วได้ขายตั๋วจนที่นั่งเต็มในรอบรถ 18.00 เเละขายตั๋วเกินจำนวนจนทำให้มีผู้ไม่ได้ขึ้นรถทั้งหมด 4 คนซึ่งได้ทำการถามพนักงานขายตั๋วเเล้วได้รับเเจ้งมาเเค่ว่าเพราะมาเชคอินสาย เเละอีก 3 คน ซื้อตั๋วเเล้วเเย่งขึ้นรถไม่ทัน ทั้ง 4 คนจึงต้องขึ้นรถในรอบ 19.00 เเทน ซึ่งก็มาสายเกิน 30 นาที เมื่อถามเหตุผลถูกตะคอกว่าเป็นความผิดของผู้โดยสารทั้งๆที่ผู้โดยสารทุกคนจ่ายเงินหมดเเล้ว เเต่ตัวพนักงานขายตั๋วเกินจำนวนที่นั่ง เเละในวันนี้ได้โทรไปเเจ้งก็ถูกตะคอกเเละได้รับคำพูดที่ว่าเราเป็นฝ่ายผิด เเละใช้อารมณ์ในการพูดคุยซึ่งเเย่มากพนักงานที่รับสายได้ตัดสายเราทิ้งไปโดยที่ยังคุยไม่จบเเละบอกว่าทั้งหมดเป็นความผิดเรา

I had pre-booked my ticket and seat. I asked one of your employees and she told me to sit in the waiting area as my coach didn’t leave to 12 noon. She then very abruptly told me to get on this other coach that left it 1150 I found your staff rude and unhelpful. I’d also just bought a coffee to take with me and got told I could not take it on board . The person in the suite in front of me also reclined his seat way back this left me cramped with my knees pushing into the back of the seat and the headrest right in my face. The overall experience was very unpleasant.

On time and confortable. The only negative thing is that the internal space to put bags are incredibly small and my small backpack didn’t got. So I had to keep it indet my feet and had no more space for my legs. 2 Hours like that are really difficult

Buses aren't in great condition, but bus was early, we left 10 minutes early, had a stop half way for petrol/toilet. Arrived close to time. You're told to arrive 30 minutes early, so leaving early works well. It worked well for me.

Old bus with obvious problem with its stearing. And a driver that was most attentive to messages on his phone. After several bad experiences with Roong Reuang Coach I have concluded that I am done with them. Other bus companies like Group 35 is way safer.
