Your office was hard for me to locate. The taxi dropped me off at the wrong spot and I had to walk five blocks down to get there. Then your bus was running very late. We were supposed to arrive at 1:55. Nevertheless we didn’t get into the destination till about 4 PM.

Overall, good service. Left on time, and arrived ahead of schedule. The only issue we had was when checking in. We had booked for 2 people but the check in counter gave only 1 ticket (we realized this later). They were refusing boarding although we had two valid tickets on the voucher. The lady was rude and we had to go back and forth with the check in counter. Eventually they let us board. Apart from that, no issues at all. Make sure you get 4 paper tickets at the counter (2 per person) if you have booked for 2 people.
