Penelope SA SMS/phone call would have been better than an email. I didn't see the email that my ticket wasn't available until the day before I was to travel which made it very stressful. I didn't know until afternoon if I even had a ticket. Fortunately, I did get a 2nd class ticket and was able to return to Bangkok to make my flight.

Summer RTrying to get confirmation via email took a very long time (3days) also I asked a question about my tickets and it was never answered they didn’t read my email at all they just downloaded my seats and when I tried get a refund they wanted to charge me 1,600 baht to get a refund on 3,400 baht because they sold me 1st class tickets that weren’t available.. I’ll never use 12Go again - I only gave them 2 stars because they did process my refund for the price difference between 1st and 2nd class quickly

Pascal The ticket we bought was for an arrival time of 10:00 A.M. In reality we were kicked out from the bus at 5 A.M. in the morning. This messed up completely our plans, because we didn’t know where to go, as our hotel check in time was only 2 P.M.

Hlaing SWe couldn’t sleep all night because the toilet smell was so bad, and we felt there wasn’t enough oxygen. Also, one of the drivers had very poor driving skills—the car kept shaking and made us feel very dizzy.
