This was by far one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. Our trip from Koh Samui to Koh Lanta ended up being **over 3 hours late**, and the entire journey was extremely poorly organized from start to finish. After the ferry we were told to get into a minibus, only to be told shortly after to get out again. The organizer was completely confused and seemed to have no idea what he was doing. A moment later he angrily told us to get back into the same vehicle again. By that point many passengers understandably refused, since they had already been told to leave. We were then forced to **wait about 1.5 hours** for another vehicle because the driver refused to leave until the minibus was completely full. He would not depart even though there were only two empty seats. When the last two passengers finally arrived, the vehicle was so overloaded with luggage that **two people had to squeeze into a single seat**, which was extremely uncomfortable and clearly unsafe. The chaos continued in **Krabi**, where we were again forced to stop and change vehicles and drivers. This caused yet another unnecessary and frustrating delay. To make things even worse, **there was nowhere to buy food during this entire full-day journey**, which is completely unacceptable for a trip that takes so long. Overall this trip was **chaotic, poorly organized, uncomfortable, and extremely frustrating**. I cannot recommend this service to anyone and strongly suggest choosing another company.

The seats in the ferry were the best thing about this ride, and that says a lot because they were at best average. It was very unclear where to go, the ferry was in a clearly bad state and on arrival preceded to run right into the pier and making the worst docking I have ever witnessed. Then it came to the van. First was a very confusing transfer from the pier to the van. It was very unclear when the transfer would arrive or where to go. Then the van itself. Finding the right van was a headache. The ride was uncomfortable and the ac leaked a lot of water in my lap. Then all of a sudden we were dropped of halfway through to wait another hour for another confusing van to pick us up. This was if possible even more uncomfortable, the driver was rude and we took a far longer route in order to pick up more people. We arrived at our destination more than 2 hours late and were dropped off on the street and quite a bit away from the destination on the ticket.

The transfer was quick and very good. Enough toilet breaks. The only “problem” was that the engine could have been stopped a few times, but i think it was meant to spend coolness throughout the trip. For me 7,5h of a running engine are a bit much. The driver was friendly.

Ferry was in good condition, bus was clean and air-conditioned, with a couple of “comfort stops” at garages built in along the way to get snacks/sandwiches.

Really really bad, I was supposed to arrive at 2:30 PM and I finally arrived at my hotel at 8:00 PM. The driver didn't know where my hotel was and was very unpleasant! The transport was really awful and I never had any clear directions on where I was supposed to go!
