Edgar JThe „VIP Bus“ is not what was shown during the booking. There had been 4 seats in a row, not 3 as shown. The bus was very old and dirty. The personnel was rather rude and had minor English skills.

Tollef DMe and my girlfriend ordered vip bus, but it felt more like a refugee camp. We were promised dinner, snacks and water, which we did not get. Also my chair was broken the whole 11 hours. Small seats, much noise from the bus because of how worn down the bus was. Traumatizing experience.

Bernd BWe went from Koh Samui to Bangkok, first by ferry and then by bus. The whole experience was super smooth. As soon as we arrived at the Surat Thani Pier, we already saw the bus (it was easy to find, don’t worry). The bus travel was very comfortable, it was easy to sleep and we stopped around 7pm to have dinner. The VIP bus was spacious and comfortable and we arrived exactly on time in Bangkok.

Julie DI booked a vip bus to be comfortable to sleep during the journey and they did o erbook it so we ended up me and other people on little bench in the down part of the bus with the luggage.
Very uncomfortable and impossible to sleep. The toilet was also not usable.if I wanted this kind of experience I would have paid for a low cost ticket. The changes were fluent tho and quite well organized.

Kristina MThe bus was great, but the staff was really unfriendly.
We were sitting in the last row of the bus, behind us was the wall. There was a little bit of free space where in the beginning some boxes were stored. The bus attendant came to sleep on the floor in that space. He woked us up, by putting up our seats so that he could enter in that little space.
I understand that the staff also needs to sleep, but please organise a space for that in the bus. This doesn’t feel like a good service when someone is sleeping on the floor under your seat while you are in a comfortable coach.
Secondly when we were getting out of the bus the bus started to drive before we were able to pick out luggage from the luggage department. We took our luggages on the move and the bus drove away with the luggage department open. I don’t know what happened to the luggage of other passengers, but it’s most likely has fallen out of the vehicle on the move
Also no announcement where made in english.
