A bit confused on the eticket i received. It was issued by 12Go. However your 12Go Support told me I need a ticket from the operator in order to get on the ferry. But when I arrived the pier, the eticket issued by 12Go worked. So information not clear.

Hard to find. The people behind the desk’s kept saying “wait wait” or “go over there” and then pointing us in direction of a wrong boat.. Luckily, we didn’t go. 5 minutes before leaving, we finally found a man who helped us in the right direction of our boat.

Wrong Port, it stated that we would arrive in Lipa Noi Beach but we arrived at Nathon Peer more than 20 Minutes away.

First we took the ferry; that was ok. We arrived at the pier and we didn't even have time to go to the bathroom because the transfer van was in a rush, so no stop for a 2 and a half hours trip. The van was terrible, packed with people and luggage everywhere, not a safe way to travel, and super uncomfortable. We ended up arriving more than 1 hour later than expected.

No one was waiting for us in Krabi, we had to wait 30 minutes without information. Arrival scheduled for 2:30 p.m. in Koh Samui but we arrived 1 hour late.

Both boat crossings were fine, but the first taxi was late. We were informed of this, though. Then we had to wait another half hour for three other people. We unexpectedly had to pay extra for the taxi on Koh Samui.
