The boat ride was ok. However, the seats were super uncomfortable. They were ok for the 2 hours, but I would avoid any longer rides. Also, when booking via 12Go, the check-in instructions / address for check-in counter was not clear. We ended up going to the pier at Koh Mook to discover that the check-in counter is in the city, a solid 15min walk back into town. Also, the estimated travel time was 1h15min. In reality, in good conditions, it was just over 2 hours as for any other boat service. However, staff were very nice and kind, so the overall experience was good.

Nearly two hours of nonstop 95 decibels coming from the boat motor. Anything above 80 db for prolonged periods is enough to cause hearing damage, which by the way, is completely irreversible. It should be legally required to provide hearing plugs or headphones for commercial boat rides like this.
