They changed the time of my trip the day of and made it two hours earlier, which easily could have ruined my plans. Luckily I was able to make it and everything went smoothly, but that is still unacceptable. They also had too many people in the van and I had to sit in the middle seat next to the driver, which was pretty uncomfortable

This was a great service and we were well informed as to flexible departure times so were well prepared. Our bus was due at 16:00 and arrived at 16:20 but we were informed of this by the check in desk so relaxed and had a wonderful cold smoothie while we waited.

Picked up at the hostel a few minutes late but it was a nice van. It wasn't a full trip and we made two stops along the way. Made it to our destination on time.

We didn’t realise the pick up time was 8:30 not 9 and the driver still waited and even tried to wake us up in our room. We are very grateful and luckily got to gili air. He got us on time to our ferry and really helped us out. We had a great experience with this company and would definitely book again

Driver was great! We got on a bus initially due to a staff member at the minivan office desk (where we were waiting) incorrectly telling us it was our ride however the van driver managed to track us down in just a few minutes and pick us up at a bus stop along the way.
