The driver did not drop me off at the airport as he was supposed to but rather continued driving a different route. Thankfully I realized in time and asked the driver to stop so I could take a taxi to the airport.

My biggest complaint is that I paid to go to Phuket airport in my trip from Khao Lak, and they forgot to go to the airport, so I then had to get a taxi from where they eventually dropped me off. Sorry but because of this it’s difficult to recommend this service

I texted them the day before to confirm my pick up time and was told 8 to 8.30. Driver arrived at 8.35, picked up 3 others and arrived at the airport in Phuket around 10. Travel by mini van for 550 baht, much better than any pickup taxi for triple the price.

We were picked up on time, but later on we had to deviate from the itinerary because after the driver dropped off passengers at the airport, which was not right because we needed to get to Patong (your company should have only taken passengers arriving in Patong and not taken in additional passengers traveling to another destination, thus extending the trip), the driver picked up a large number of passengers who barely had room, and even with these passengers, he made another detour to the pier to drop them off, so that in reality a two and a half hour trip according to the reservation took about 5 hours until we reached our hotel in Patong.
