Driver was 40 minutes late. Small and uncomfortable van. We had a very bad luck to be seated at the back at the van (only places available)- "double" seat obviously smaller than other double seats with less space for the feet and the head of the passenger next to the window (which was placed down from my choulder, also very uncomfortable). Driver made 20 min break, and all the passengers waited him to have lunch. Arrived 1,40hrs later than expected. 4 hours for 125km trip. Priceless! Terrible trip, my worst in Thailand.

Be prepared for a 3 hour journey. Driver stopped near the pier to offload his styrofoam boxes of produce to a shop, then dropped passengers off to go to the Koh Lanta ferry and then dropped the passengers going to Ao Nang beach. There were 8 passengers in the car and a little but tight. The driver would stop once mid way for a toilet break.
