Don Mueang to Chiang Mai Destination Reviews

RJ
Relatively comfortable for a 10+ hr ride. Reclining seats helped. Surprised that there was no food or drinks on board. I thought maybe vendors would come on at train stations

Comfy seats that recline really far back! They also give you snacks, juice and a bottle of water which is nice, the only thing is that the aircon was freezing! We were all given a blanket but even then it was still quite cold

Looked after us really well. Lovely bus pick up from hostel and across the border. However, didn’t communicate about pick up until we messaged first.

Very comfortable bus, with business-class level leg space. Operator was accurate about both pick up and drop off timings, gave a free voucher for food en route and the also a snack inside the bus. Only advice would be to check in early so you can avoid getting the last seat which doesn't recline as much.

My only complaint was there was a loud beeping sound going off throughout the journey which makes it hard to sleep for light sleepers. However the bus is very comfy and there is plenty of room.

Honestly you get what you pay for.. The journey is long, and slightly uncomfortable as you have to sit for 14 hours, but just stand and walk around if needed I will say that the benches and space in general is small - wouldn’t recommend for anybody 6ft+

It was the best organised bus company we used in Thailand so far. We got a small snack and a bottle of water after we got on the bus and made a stop at midnight where we could get free, basic, Thai food. It is still a bus, so it wasn't extremely comfy, but it was definitely fine. We arrived about 1 hour earlier than expected.

After the booking the waiting to confirm isn’t immediate. I had several msgs saying we had to wait for confirmation, when we got one with seats assigned, we then received another saying that they are still waiting don’t understand why 12GO doesn’t have immediate confirmation as they are the processors! Very confusing
