Booking through 12Go was straightforward and helpful as we couldn’t get to the bus station to pre-book tickets on a popular route. Reading prior reviews was entertaining as there are mixed experiences of good or awful. Our experience of the bus was adequate. We took the express rather than VIP. We had a bottle of water. The bus seats squeaked a bit and were well worn but ok comfort for the price. The driver was safe, left on time and the views from bus were lovely. The service station where the Green buses stop was not as clean or well stocked as others we’ve stopped at but it was ok for a toilet break (have your own tissues and hand sanitiser) and to get snacks.

The one stop on the way to Chiang Mai. The paid Toilette were disgusting and since there was mo restroom on the bus, it was a much needed stop.

Yo, my driver, was excellent from start to finish. She arrived and was waiting for me when I came down. Immediately took charge and got me into the car and took care of all the luggage. Yo is a very safe driver, focused on the road and professional. Yo was so kind to me. There was water available, a wonderful arm rest in the back, and the car was immaculate.. I felt completely safe and cared for. Yo is a big reason why I would not hesitate to use this service again. Thsnk you Yo.
