No instructions were given to me about how to acquire a food voucher and given the language barrier it was very difficult to figure out what was needed and how to get it, I ended up not even getting my own one and the bus driver went and got it for me.

The bus steward barely spoke English and wasn't friendly either. We were also dropped off at our destination in the middle of the night, three hours ahead of schedule.

Couldn’t sleep at all, drive was shaky, abrupt and uneasy. We arrived 3h early. Which means 4:30 rather than 7:30 so nothing was open, middle in the nowhere… No Stuart on board, nobody giving information. We had no info at all at A designated rest-/eat-/toilet-stop what it was and for how long we would wait.
