After 4 bus trips with 12Go not one driver could speak a word of English. Normally half the bus or more are tourist's. Do not think Thai drivers yelling at passengers is very smart.

The employees were so friendly and helpful at Ekkamai. I had no issues with check in; I showed the lady behind the counter my passport and confirmation and I was handed a paper ticket. The lady was helpful with boarding and the driver was professional. They provided the passengers with bottled water and Mcdonalds burgers which was unexpected kind gesture. We arrived to our destination safe and sound. I had the worst experience at Mochit and my experience with the staff at Ekkamai has more than made up for it. Ekkamai is the best bus station!

Good Minibus. Western sized passengers should try to get one of the single seats. You will not fit comfortably on the window side double seats.
