Got picked up in a lovely van, which we presumed would take us direct. Instead, we were brought 20 min to this other bus stop in Bangkok. We waited for 30min for this other bus to take us. It was not made clear that we would have to change bus. Would have probably been cheaper to just get taxi ourselves to bus station and buy the ticket ourselves. It seemed to be a public bus.

The bus was delayed for 45min, otherwise ok. Cheaper if you buy tickets at the station (70baht).

The staff showed us exactly where to go to catch our train, we were running a little late so the staff radioed ahead to the train and we had to run but made it thanks to all the staff.
