We arrived at the bus terminal at 11:50. We were told the 12:00 bus was full and we had to wait for the next one. We showed them the tickets purchased for the 12:00 bus and they refused to let us on. We caught the next bus at 12:30.

Good, would use again. Seats reserved not next to each other despite adjacent seats being vacant. A big issue that needs correcting.

The driver arrived on time and got us safely to and from our destination. He offered to take pictures for us and I feel it was beyond a good customer service experience.
