I travelled in class 3… I understand that the seats are not supposed to be comfortable in class 3, but the giant-sized cockroaches were a bit too much, and told a lot about the poor hygiene of the train.

I didnt sleep. Frequent stops without any explanation. People went off to toilet and bus want te take off, people running to catch up.

Our trip from our hotel in Ayutthaya to Chiang Mai bus terminal was enjoyable, very well organized and comfortable. We were a bit surprised when a tuk-tuk arrived at our hotel (on time) to pick us up and deliver us to a roadside stand on the highway. The bus arrived fifteen minutes later and we took our assigned seats. The seats were very comfortable and had charging ports for our phones. The journey from Ayutthaya to Chiang Mai is quite long. The bus made some stops to drop off and pick up passengers, but these were very brief with no long diversions from the main route.

A little bit late and a bus stop not very Nice because on the highway... but seats in front are very nice and spacefull and you're welcom with a macdo sandwich and a botte of water :-)
