Everything went well other than the fact that it was not clear to me that we could leave our luggage in the parcel room at the train station where we picked up the ticket. We therefore used the lockers at front of station and could have easily just left them with the man providing us with the ticket.

Very cold bus cabin, even with personal overhead vents closed and the provided blanket. The seat did not have a part to place legs up. During the 20-minute stop at midnight, the bus driver parked the bus somewhere at the back of the parking lot and was not visible, which made me very confused in trying to get on the right bus (among the other buses) and made me fear they had departed without me, even though there were still minutes left for the break to end. The food provided upon boarding the bus was a sausage burger from McDonalds, there wasn't any no-meat/vegetarian option.

It is really boring to have to get the tickets at the station even though we bought it months before. I had to get to the station by cab to make sure I have thee tickets
