Samantha Generally a good experience of getting the train from Huai Yang to Bangkok. The AC did make the carriage quite cool and on reflection, we'd probably get the the 3rd class, non-AC option next time, though that's perhaps just a personal preference!

Claire AIt was not a minivan but a bus with a late departure and a longer travel so we arrived with 2 hours late :-(
The operator at the desk in bus station was not very helpfull and didn't say real details about the trip's conditions...
