The ride was really good from start till end. The ticket said departure is at 10.30am and arrival to Phuket is at 2pm. When I checked with operator about hotel transfer they said be at lobby at 10am but the van arrived at 10.17am but they politely informed me in WhatsApp it will run late as other passengers are running late. But when the driver arrived he was very neat, tidy and also friendly. After that he took to the agency where they verified my ticket and after 10-15 min we hopped on another van and reached Phuket at 2pm without any disruption in between. Overall it was cheap and worth paying for the van from Krabi to Phuket. Thanks for the money saver trip!!

Dangerous driving, very bumpy. Seats very uncomfortable. AC temperature was kept at 26 degrees celsius which made it feel warm.

We checked in early and could sit at the very back. Fortunately we had earplugs with us as engines were very loud.

The journey took more than an 1 hour, the boat was over loaded with people and luggage that we ended up having to wait for another boat to take people and luggage so our boat could go faster. This should have been thought about before the scheduled departure or the booking should at least have stipulated that a certain kg of luggage was allowed
