The staff on the pier were efficient and friendly. And the crew on the boat were professional, however we left 30 minutes late and the boat was making a strange noise causing us to stop in a couple of occasions. We got to our destination fine, it was just a bit uneasing.

The driver stopped 15 times to deliver packages. Also the bus was so full of stuff (not even our luggage but only packages) that some of us didn’t have a place to sit normally for the 4 hour trip.. due to all the stops it took us way longer than planned when there was no traffic at all.

The ride was on time, as described, and I appreciated the hotel transfer. My only feedback is the operator who greeted us tried to tell us we had the wrong day and would need to stay over and go tomorrow. In the end, he was joking. But bot funny to us is a foreign country and we felt made fun of.
