Jagtar RI. There was a little confusion at the designated embarking point. Should have said opposite Starbucks and not McDonalds.
2. The van was small and cramped with little room to stretch legs on the 1st leg of the journey.
3. The second leg of the journey was an absolute nightmare. The bus seats when fully reclined, smashed right into my knees. It's a night bus and people are sleeping with fully reclined seats. I have never experienced such horrible lack of space between seats. I literally had the head of person in front of me on my lap. For 12 hours!
4. They arrival point was in the middle of a busy junction and I have no idea why they would choose such a busy and inappropriate drop-off point.
5. Overall, a painful nightmare journey, never to be repeated!

Shaun K😡 First, we were not given the correct address for the Ao Nang transfer. Instead, we were told to meet at McDonald's. From there, we were put into a small transit van without being told how long the journey would take or where we were actually going.
🚐 The van then spent around 3 hours driving around picking up other passengers. This was definitely not a VIP service. There was no toilet, no information provided, and no comfort whatsoever.
⏳ After that, we were left waiting for approximately an hour for the VIP bus, which turned out to be overbooked. Some passengers didn't even have seats.
🚨 To make matters worse, the driver drove with the luggage compartment door open, causing bags to fall out. Later, he stopped the bus without applying the handbrake, and the vehicle began rolling down the road. He had to run back to stop it, which was extremely dangerous and could have resulted in an accident.
🚌 A few hours later, at a checkpoint, all passengers were forced to get off the bus and were then downgraded from the advertised VIP service onto a standard bus for the remainder of the journey.
❌ There were no refreshments, no drinking water, no Wi-Fi, and no food provided at any point.
👎 This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. If I could give a score of 0 out of 10, I would. In fact, I would give it -10 out of 10.
😠 Thank you for wasting my time. You have lost a loyal customer forever, and I will never use your service again.

Mervi KGreat communication, most confortable sleeper bus I have travelled in. Just note the smaller van start from Ao Nang is hot and night bus for the rest of the drip is freezing. Dress accordongly and bring earplugs, there's always someone snooring. Bus leaving from Macdonals seems to be late every time, ours left 4:30pm, in Bangkok just before 6am. Great value!

Helis SVan pickup was late 40minutes. It's not a problem if there was a shade where to wait but pickup point is just on the street, plus it's said that passenger must be there 30min before so not very nice to stand in the sun over an hour.. Van also didn't have any ac it was no air movement in there.. Otherwise the bus was okay and reached on time. But the pickup could be organized a lot better

Remus GIt's about the communication. I updated the place where I should be picked up to the pick-up portion, even included the url of the map so that they can but of to no use at all. They called me expecting I can communicate well in Thai, I confirmed the pick-up location which is my hotel but he asked about the soi, I have relayed it as per the owner of the hotel but the one who called me seem to be very confused. I asked the owner to talk to the onr who called me so everything would get fixed. I was told to wait in 20 minutes more but it took more than an hour wait. The experience is horrible, anticipation and anxiety to the highest level. - This refers to the van that picked me up not the bus.

Manoj ANo refreshments, no water, no meals as promised, but the buses were on time, with one break at Surat Thani, the staff was good and courteous, worth an adventure with ac bus, to save flight cost which was 8000 rs, and paid 2401 rs. Thanks

Anneke QBuses were on time and pretty comfortable, but communication was very poor. At the transfer point from the van to the bus, we had a 3h lay-over, which no one ever communicated. Also, they provided no informations about what stops there would be on the bus ride (toilet, store for water etc.) or about the setup of the bus.
