Malaysia will monitor taxi services through satellite

To improve the quality of taxi service and increase the control under it Malaysian Government implements innovative technologies.

To improve the quality of taxi service and increase the control under it Malaysian Government implements innovative technologies with the name Centralized Taxi Service System (CTSS). It involves taxi’s monitoring through satellite tracking system. GPS technology will be installed in the each cab.

It seems that the time of passengers’ complaints is over. CTSS will let passengers to call one number to get a taxi, violations of traffic rules and drivers’ rudeness should be ceased.

The new system to be realized in the third quart of 2014 year.
