Sylvie MThroughout the journey, the driver was coughing and sniffing continuously and appeared to be quite unwell. This made us feel uncomfortable and concerned for the health and safety of our family, especially in such a confined space.
We understand that people can fall ill unexpectedly, but we believe it’s important for drivers who are visibly sick to refrain from working until they are better, to avoid potentially spreading illness to passengers
