Francois LThe reservation said it Will be transfer to our hotel in Ko Ngai. It was more expensive than other boats doing the same trip. Hower after the reservation was paid we have received a message from 12go saying that the boat does not serve our hotel and will leave us at the pier. We had to find à taxi boat to get to the hotel and pay additional 200 bahts. 12go hasard not answered our email.
