Dadou Le trajet est passer vite.
Par contre la clim a fond dans le bus nous avions froid.
Bus confortable avec toilette et possibilité d allongé les sieges nous sommes arrivées avec 10min d avance mais a l aller 30min de retard

Melanie Pas d’informations concernant le temps de transit!!! On nous lache et on nous d’attendre ! La dernière fois plus d’une heure trente! Une autre fois on nous dit juste d’attendre en pleine campagne….sinon le reste ça va.

Fiona GAucune communication sur le trajet.
Nous avons dû prendre un Van qui etait très sale et d’ailleurs en retard de 30min, pour rouler pendant 3H je ne sais où.. ensuite on nous pose et nous indique qu’il faut attendre ici 1h30 pour prendre le vrai bus. Le périple ne me gêne pas mais j’aurai aimé être informé lors de ma réservation.
Le bus quant à lui, pas confortable du tout.
Rien à voir avec mon expérience Bangkok chiang mai qui a été un 10/10.

Federica CThe first bus was late but nobody told us anything just a lady at the beginning that did not give us any information,closed the store and left after the initial departure time. we waited for 40 mins without news and with no one at the pick up point.
Then the second overnight bus was HORRIBLE, it stinked like pee for the whole time, the toilet was not working, the seats were extremely narrow and small, not to mention that it was stopping literally every hour turning the lights on, so it was impossible to sleep. No WiFi, no phon plugs, just a 10 hours nightmare. For the same price you can get a much better service. I definetly not reccomend

Rachel TVery happy with the service. Driver was early and was a very safe and respectful driver. Helped with our luggage. Stopped for regular breaks just at the right time when we needed them. Car was clean and very comfortable. Customer service was excellent. Company sending me the drivers contact info and vehicle photo before the trip, so I could easily locate. 100% would use this company again anytime.

Sura SVery bad seats. Not even water bottle was provided.
Do not go by the things mentioned in the amenities because none of them were provided, the charging points are broken, not even a water bottle was given you can forget about snacks and food.
The seats were very uncomfortable. We couldn’t even stretch our legs. Forget about sleeping.
Initially was taken to a place three hours away in a mini bus, then transfer to this So called bus.
A very bad experience, wouldn’t suggest to anybody
Keep your expectations low if you’re booking one.
