We got to the station ther was none to talk to .finally it did they ask us for more money for the tickets. The bus left an hour later. And it was crude and I don't recommend this at all!

The issue is that you have an e- ticket but you have to check in to get paper ticket to board. This is poorly explained on website. I ended up missing my bus, as did many others. I guess this happens many times a day and visitors are asked to pay again. Simply , I would not recommend using your service for this trip!

There is very little support in ways of helping foreign tourists understand how the bus terminal works. If it wasn’t for standing back and watching others and asking other tourists, you wouldn’t have any idea of how this works. I paid for luggage, one suitcase for both my husband and myself, yet when we were boarding the lady was very abrupt and making us pay 20baht each for the bags to load- even though they are smaller sized suitcases. It’s very much like a shove your way in or miss out event- even though everyone has seats assigned, people push and shove to get there first - it’s a miracle no one gets hurt just trying to get on the damn bus. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for, but some guidance for tourists would be good.

Very nice driver. She arrived well in advance. The car was comfortable. We even stopped for some food and drinks along the way. All in all, a very good experience!

The bus seats are in poor condition. The armrests and seatbelts don't work.

Nice. I was 1 hour early at the station. I could leave after 15 minutes. That was nice. The seats are too small for me. I felt uncomfortabel to touch my neighbour. I could not place my feet because of the luggage under the seat.

I am at my destination, thanks! But… we were waiting 1 hour, nobody coordinate us, we used to run to cashiers and ask. When bus arrived passengers for next bus decided that is their bus and boarded, driver didn’t check tickets. After we lot our seats the driver started took out the passengers with tickets on next bus))) Imagine: you have ticket on 13:00, you boarded on right lane on Pattaya bus, and driver took you out))) Estimated arrival time was 13:45, actually we arrived at 15:45 .3707202086729E+24;
