Thinakaran MVan took of 30mins late.
Journey took about 4hours. If anyone plans itinerary, beware- the journey time is not as stated.
The driver dropped us all by the road side about 10mins away from actual station. Not at the north pattaya bus terminal, not even close.
So make sure you have all these in mind before purchasing!

Richard PThe Bus was good as was the driver. It took nearly 4 hours to get to Pattaya which is no-one's fault. The driver did his best.
There was confusion at checking in. PrePaid Customers were mixed with onsite purchasers which became confusing. Maybe a sign for PrePaid Check in to avoid the confusion.

Samuel NDriver was very poor in communication. Had us locked inside vehicle for over 40min past departure time, with no updates. Arrived late and did not drop us off at the correct location. Was forced to walk to station for grab .

Susann Nice! The ride was good. Bus left around 10-20min later, but no issue for me. There was one really tiny and smelly toilet on the bus, but that's still better than none.

Xenia ZDriver stopped 3 times to pick up car parts & food. The trip should have been 1.5 hours and it turned into 2.5 hours, traffic being part of the cause. We had an activity booked as soon as scheduled for the arrival time on 12Go, unfortunately we had to cancel our plans. Please keep this in mind when booking this service.

Nigel GCoach ride was comfortable. Organization at Ekkamai is chaotic. Passengers with luggage are having do battle with going up and down steps. The "queuing" system for Pattaya is almost non-existent. The busiest ticket desk is hidden behind a column!
