Jutharat MI came to Thailand from the US specifically to see my aunt one last time. She is in hospital in Saraburi with end stage cancer. I knew this would be the last time I would ever see her. My shuttle driver was the same person who drove me to Suraburi. He was supposed to pick me up at 12:00 to take me back to Bangkok. However, we were informed at 11:00 that the head nurse had arranged for the monks to come to my aunt's bedside to make merit, essentially Buddhist version of last rites. It was very important for me to be there. My cousin asked the shuttle driver if he would be willing to wait until 2:00 p.m. so that I could spend this extra time with my aunt. He immediately agreed. I am so grateful that I got to have some extra time with my dying aunt (who is essentially my mother finger) and to be able to be present at the ceremony with the monks. This company went above and beyond to help me get to Saraburi. I do not speak Thai and my family does not speak English (except for my aunt who was in the hospital and non-responsive.) The company communicated directly with my cousin to find a good location to meet me. This is not the first time I've used this company, nor will it be the last. Very professional and caring. By using them I was able to get individual attention and service which I would not have been able to receive using public transportation. Worth every penny.
