Double backed to pick up passengers, so therefore in a rush to meet scheduled time. Overtaking, speeding. I wouldn’t use again because of dangerous driving, especially on wet roads. On the flip side, I obviously made it 😳

The bus was awful with seats that made your backside hurt within the first hour. The aircon wasn't working and I am still unsure if the bus had a toilet or not as nobody told us anything. Actually I haven't even seen drivers face as he never checked our tickets. I have another trip booked where it involves travelling long distance by bus, but actually considering of cancelling. The only great thing about the bus was, that it arrived an hour earlier than we were adviserd. At the ticket office the lady told us that the buss will arrive at 13:40 in time for the 14:00 ferry, however the buss arrived 13:15 and the ferry left at 13:40. Like I said, thankfully the buss arrived earlier, otherwise we would have missed our ferry.

Difficult to find the lomprayah Krabi office, about 20m from RQ furniture. Easier to put the furniture shop in maps as the office takes you to incorrect destination

It wasn’t ideal to have to pay an extra 200TBH for my suitcase being a bit bigger than 22 inches. That felt like a rip off as there was plenty of room on the bus for my suitcase as it goes under the bus. Not great at all!

The driver picked us up from our hotel in Ao nang, came even few minutes earlier, the we transfered to the Krabi town station, caught the ferry to Koh Samui on time and had a direct transfer to hotel on Chaweng beach. Overall punctual and comfortable experience.

All of your belongings combined should weigh less than 20kg and not just your big luggage. That wasn't that clear from the description and so i was charged for overweight. Besides, the shuttle was late to pick me from the hotel and when we arrived at the office, they were in a rush and stress me to do everything quickly. Almost lost my phone and wallet because of that.

Overall it was an average journey. Driver took me the hotel on time. We came to their office. Changed vehicle. We went 2 mins wait there around half hour and took sone passengers then went back to office again. Waiting there again 20-15 mins and journey started. We reached the Koh Samui 1 hour delay because of the unorganised beginning. Van was ok. Driver was nice and friendly.
