Koh Samet to Bangkok Destination Reviews

RT
The bus was very small with not enough room for the legs, then on the brake they added more people so we got off and took a taxi

the staff is nice but the timing is not ok. Instead of arriving at 3pm in Ekkamai (Bangkok), we arrived at 5pm.

Good service. Bus was clean and safe. Schedule was respected. By my POV, vehicle could have better comfy seats. After all it is a good value for money. I recommend to book the service with speedboat. Always check at the pick up and drop off location where to grab your bus. Info on your voucher could not be accurate.

The boat ride with pn group was good, efficient and on time. But the bus journey was 1.5hours longer than it supposed to be. The driver stops to smoke and so often.

The service supposedly has the quickest service to Bangkok which is why we chose it. In fact we arrived with an hour delay, not due to traffic but due to random stops and waiting for individuals to board somewhere between the pier and the freeway. In addition we actually did a U turn at one point and went back 5km to drop someone off.

Overall the trip was very good. A little unclear which bus to take but the staff were helpful. The thing that was a bit my fault but I feel like there was a little bit of information missing when I searched for the trip in the app. I typed in SUVARNABHUMI because I wanted to go to the airport, but the app had chosen Rail Link which meant I didn't get quite right. Solved it myself with a taxi. A very good app, but needs a little clearer info on the destinations when searching.
