The trip went well, except that we were first contacted on WhatsApp where they asked which hotel we wanted to be picked up from. After a while, they then wrote that there had been a mistake and that we would be picked up at Van Station instead. So the beginning was confusing regarding where they would pick us up. We then arrived more than 20 minutes late. However, the driver was nice and dropped us off at our accommodation.

The driver was 45 minutes too late. Not good when you have to reach a flight. For spending the time he drove very very fast and passed other cars in curves- I was afraid of having an accident all the time.

The bus kept stopping everywhere to pick up and drop off random locals and the operator dragged their toddler onto the bus and the poor child kept screaming and watching loud TV shows to try to be occupied. Pretty uncomfortable ride. At least we arrived only 30-40 minutes late.

Took much longer than advertised. We were told to transfer busses after an hour and a half. The second driver drove like a maniac, if I were back in my home country I would have gotten out of the car and called the police for reckless driving.

Changed vans/cars 2 times. After pickup I was placed in a cafe where the driver had lunch - we left 45 mins late. Didn’t feel too safe with the driver as he was checking his phone a lot while driving, always drove in the middle of the road, mixed up windshield wipers and indicators and sometimes drove extremely slow for no apparently reason other than insecurity. Arrived at the airport one hour later than declared. Wasn’t a problem for me because I planned with that, but people should know
