The bus was overbooked, and passengers had to stand in the aisle among luggage. The driver was rude and did not speak English. Standing while driving on the steep, winding road from Khao Sok to Khao Lak felt unsafe. I got a seat only near Takua Pa, while others had to stand until Khao Lak. Usually 12Go transfers are good, but this was a bad experience.
