The Driver was not very professional abut toilet breaks. And at the end he passed my hotel to bring a customer far away totally unnecessary. Almost 3 hours later then the plan was written.

Drive took 4 hours instead of 2,5 hours.and that was because Note the direct Route to patong was taken but several Stopps all around Phuket province took place.

The trip was about to be from 14:00-17:00 i arrived the hotel at 18:50 we went through airport and then changes van. And i got picked up at 15:00

Everything is fine about this booking. It works! BUT I will say, if you're staying in Khao Lak, you can also just wait at the bus stop closest to your hotel e.g. from Bang Niang and hop on this bus (ask your hotel). It will save you having to take a tuktuk (200k bhat, same price as this bus) to this bus stop. There is no grab in Khao Lak.

Ticket was sold by 12Go Hotel Transfer within Phuket town, so we paid the higher premium. We were informed on collection that the service does not go door to door & dropped us 4km from our destination on the main road. The driver explained that 12Go do this often but all the transfers service vans do not drop you door to door, you have to take another taxi if your destination is not on the main road. This seems wrong to sell a hotel transfer ticket but then not drop you to your hotel?

it was good service, very comfortable van and taxi. my hotel called them so i would know they are on their way. keep in mind to add enough extra time (if you're having a flight) as it might take up to 1-2 hours more due to customers pick-up and traffic jam!
