Rude driver, arrived 45 minutes late with no communication. Apparently didn't understand english and initially didn't want to drop us off at our hotel eventhough this is what we paid for. Poor driving while smoking and eating and on the phone. Overtaking extremely dangerously and no distance with vehicle in front. We had real concerns for our life on this journey. I am extremely disappointed that 1 2 go has such an awful company on their app for tourists to use.

Original Driver never showed up. Left 2.5h later with a different van as he still had space. Contact to / Feedback of Help Hotline was very poor and not helpful.

Driver was half hour late and then we stopped for a further half hour at a service station. Driver was friendly and bus was clean.

Be prepared for a 3 hour journey. Driver stopped near the pier to offload his styrofoam boxes of produce to a shop, then dropped passengers off to go to the Koh Lanta ferry and then dropped the passengers going to Ao Nang beach. There were 8 passengers in the car and a little but tight. The driver would stop once mid way for a toilet break.

Driver drives like a maniac. 100km/h where we’re allowed 50km/h and overtaking everyone. The bus was also too full so we had to put our feet on top of bags and suitcases.
