Booked a van from Khao Lak to Khao Sok via 12GO. The van scheduled at 7:55 PM never arrived. We waited from 7:35 PM to 9:22 PM with no information and no way to reach the operator. We are two young women and had to take a Grab at our own expense, arriving at midnight instead of 9:30 PM. Very disappointing service failure.
