The journey itself was great. Comfy bus, very clean. Dinner voucher included. Snacks and bottled water. But: We were supposed to leave at 7 pm. At check in we got told that the bus is full and we got scheduled to a 9 pm bus that had half an hour delay. So we waited 2 1/2 hours and arrived therefore late.

I put my daughter (14) on a bus for her first big trip by herself at the Clocktower in Huahin for destination Phuket. We came 30 minutes earlier and witnessed someone who was obvious in the lead of checking tickets and guiding the travelers to there seats. He was looking stressed and was very rude and could not get in control of things. That was the scene in HuaHin. Later when the bus arrived in Surat Thani it was the same scene. Nobody knew what was going on when they had to change the bus. It all was poorly organised.

The trip went weary well. But the transfer from bus to van was not good. I was asleep and didn't catch what was happening. But overall a good experience

i booked a luxury bus from hua hin to Phuket. i was picked up by a luxury bus which was great for the first 7 hours. everyone was dropped off in yhe middle of nowhere in what looked like a shed. after an hour wait i an another was picked up by a minivan and packed in like sardines. luxury it certainly wasn't. apart from that I got there on time.

First of all, our departure place was changed and I received an email with a google maps link that was wrong, pointing to the wrong place. It caused a lot of stress and frustration. In your home pagar, I didn’t find a clear link to any contact phone number to ask for help. And when I found a telephone no. In my reservation, the answer was only a recording in Thai. Bad support service! When we by pure chance finally found the terminal, the bus came delayed in one hour and a half. And the seats were uncomfortable.
