The check in desk was a different number to the one stated on the PDF. And they didn't drop us at the arrival point indicated.

Comfortable ride with food voucher (stopped for food around 3pm though) and one hour delay. Everyone very nice

Food stalls available inside at area B (maybe others too I didn't see). Best to have the Thai pay app as a lot only take QR code, but we found some bao buns and fruit sellers that took cash. Plenty of toilets though no paper. Boarding system efficient with QR code tickets.

The trip took 7 hours due to heavy traffic in Bangkok. But the seats were way to small for such a long ride. It felt like being stuck in an airplane.
