Almost perfect ride, except for the tablet that doesn't have any English subtitles for the content, even after selecting English language, and the casting from phone to the tablet didn't work. So if you're a foreigner, the tablet isn't really useful. But everything else is awesome! Comfortable seats, water and food, nice staff.

The workers laughed in my face bc I didn't know you have to find the company's spot in the bus station so they can look at your already fully detailed digital ticket and give you a paper one.... Literally have NEVER had to do this before being allowed in a bus. In Thailand or otherwise, so it's not like it's obvious, and the pdf didn't say anything about it. So yeah, the bus only left like 20min later and the seats are comfortable, but the service is TERRIBLE. After he laughed in my face he didn't help me at all understand what was going on (I was trying to use translate to communicate and he made no effort to work with me). A lady saw what was happening and helped me. I got to the bus just in time, and I 100% believe they would have left without me even fully knowing I was supposed to go in it.

We arrived two Hours later than estimated which was annoying. We got Snacks, water and a blanker and around 1:30 a.m. We stopped for Food which was free with the ticket. The Bus itself was comfortable and spacious but the toilet wasn‘t very nice.
