The driver was very friendly and knew exactly where he was going. He drove very safely which I appreciated. I don't speak Thai and was meeting family because my aunt was sick in the hospital. The company communicated directly with my cousin and was able to find an appropriate drop off location for me. Their help was very invaluable. This is the reason I chose the private transportation company instead of just taking the bus. The extra assistance was invaluable.
