Dalene BSmooth transaction. Went to the terminal around 4:40pm. Showed my voucher and they gave me a laminated ticket to give to the driver. He left the terminal 10mins before 5pm. Would be best to arrive at least 20mins earlier than the scheduled time.

Jacinto I was disappointed regarding the information regarding the luggage seat. We were only informed about this after we paid for 2 passengers and there was no provision for a refund. I would have appreciated the information prior to our booking rather than after the booking. With the fare of the 2 passengers and the 2 luggage seats (including taxes for the luggage seats), we would have hired a private vehicle that could bring us from Ayutthaya to our hotel, rather than Ayutthaya Win to Mon Chit. Also, 2 pieces of luggage could have fit in 1 luggage seat. The van was crowded and not very comfortable.
