Overall a poor experience traveling, the driver seemed to have some sort of issue with us. Initially as we’re getting on the bus (40 minutes early so plenty of time as it sat idle) he told us that we couldn’t bring on some ice cup cold drinks we had in hand so we tried to finish these outside before entering however he just hastily ushered us on regardless without a chance to finish these. He then made us sit in small seats at the very back of the bus surrounded by all the luggage (bare in mind we were easily the tallest / biggest people on the bus, I’m 195cm) even though everyone else getting on were able to just choose where they wanted to sit and there was plenty of free space. As we were sitting down he noticed my partner had a water flask attached to their bag so he came over to make a point of telling us to “not open it at any point during the journey”… All this while locals were sat on the bus eating ice creams, drinking cans / bottle of drinks and so on. Moments later an older western looking man and his (presumably) Thai wife got onboard with bottles of water and ice cups in hand without any issues whatsoever. We were very much singled out and made to feel uncomfortable.

They where quick to respond and had great customer service. We had a change to our check out time and they where happy to accommodate the change in pick up time even though it was last minute.

It worked out very nice. We booked in advance, found the check-in desk easily via the information desk and were led to the right bus stop. The bus left on time, but arrived even earlier than planned.

Easy to use to buy ticket - taxi had to stop to pee on way and we arrived at 1145 for 12 bus and thought we'd miss it. Was extremely busy but staff behind counter called me over - showed her ticket on phone - she said building D no. 4 pointing at her desk - we were in building A. Quick trot to Building D Desk 4 - guy signed us into system wrote down bus lane, bus number & seats - directed us outside - another staff saw us looking around - still trotting ‍♀️ - took us straight to the bus - removed people from our seat - and we were on board!! Yes it's loud, yes it's busy - ask and the staff are willing to help. Brilliant 👏 Bus ok - a little hot and we arrived on time.

After purchasing tickets it gave options of choosing different types of insurance. I chose none, so I thought!!! When payment came it showed travel ticket amount, which I paid successfully. 516 THB . Then, the next day comes an insurance policy ( COVID!!!!) and payment of another 250THB. I had no recollection of choosing any, and no way to communicate this with your company. Would love a reimbursement. Evelyn Williams
