The reviews online are really bad but this was not at all the case here. It went smoothly, quick and easy and then the seats were really comfortable and there was air conditioning.

There was a delay of more than 1.5 hours!!!
The departure time on the tickets didn’t apparently correspond to the real departure time

The Ferry was late. The ferry was hot inside with fans in front only. The windows were to high to see any scenery but the sky. Apart from that is was a good crossing.

the Greeter in Gili Air does not ask all fo the questins and points he needs at once : he had to return to me 3 times (after checking in at his desk!) to :
- register me
- then ask for pier /visa fees
- then ask for passport copy
= that creates stress...
IN THE MEAN TIME
- he did not forget to make me pay 200 K for a "private driver"
- he forgets to give the seasick tablets
THEN he sends us under the heavy rain to board in = he could have organized, with the heavy weather and rain we had, to make sure everybody had disembark from the previous boat before sending us under the heavy rain

They said it would take 2 hours on the website. It took 4 hours and they stopped in two other islands.

We had air conditioning throughout the trip. Overall the seats were comfortable and seemed to have more leg room than other ships.

Tuvimos aire acondicionado durante todo el trayecto. En general los asientos cómodos y parece tener mas espacio de piernas que otros barcos

Boat was 30 min late
Oversold seats very crowded
AC barely functional
Our ride over with WP was worlds better for only a few dollars more
