The van is more like a mini bus, but the air conditioner is very poor so it is very warm to travel during the day, the worst is the flexibility in time, we waited 1.5hrs from our departure time not to include we being there 45min earlier, while another group of travellers simply being rejected to board their van booked 2hrs earlier as it was full already, the seats are simply assigned to others and subject to first come first served, so you might need to wait for the next one, which time is not confirmed as the van departs only when it is relatively full

The good things: 1. I could change my voucher in the tickert with no problem. 2. Bus trip was on time and we had a quick transfer in the early morning. Only 2 hours from Pattaya to BKK.
Things to improve: 1. In the bus it was way to cold. The air-conditioning was simply to much. 2. The was a contant and loud "Beep-Tone" in the drivers area. Nobody got to know what it was about and the driver didn´t care. Especially disturbing when you sit in the front. 3. Nobody checked the correct use of face-masks. Some customers didn´t care of all. 4. Nobody used seat-belts. 5. Compared e.g. to the modern Airport Buses from Jomtien, the bus made a general old and uncomfortable impression. But still just acceptable.
The tour offices were bit chaotic for a foreigner, but everything worked out OK.

The driver left 20 minutes late, then we immediately went to the gas station and waited there, we could have refueled in advance. The website indicated an incorrect arrival location.
It wasn't 'Poor' but it was less than 'Average', thus the 2 star rating. The journey itself was fine. The problem was the pick-up at the Jomtien Night Market. I went to the location provided by 12GO but there was no sign of anyone or anything that would suggest that I was at the correct pick-up spot. There was a reference on the confirmation email to "Check in" at the location which was very misleading because there was no place or sign indicating a check-in location. This caused stress, including when I tried to call the customer service number, no one answered. You have to do better.
