Abbie H座位很舒服。工作人员非常乐于助人，驾驶本身非常顺利且尽可能愉快。他们给了我们每人一包饼干和一小瓶水，非常感谢。可以用优惠券兑换的食物不是很好，12 小时的旅程中 20 分钟的休息时间也不够，如果再上个小厕所休息一下就太棒了。

Luna DThe toilet was okay but you couldnt wash your hands. The seats were great but being 1.96m, my boyfriend couldnt really sleep.
Overall a very good bus trip considering it was 11 hours. We will recommend

Eva VThe bus wasn’t clean. There was condens at all the airco points in the bus. The toilet smelled really bad and at some point you can smell it trough the whole bus. Also the toilet was very nasty and it was basically impossible to go as a female. There was only one stop to go to the toilet, so that was not really nice.
But the bus was on time and the staff IN the bus was nice and helpful.

Elisa RI took the night bus from Kanchanaburi to Chiang Mai and everything was perfect. By far the best bus I’ve ever taken in SEA (and I traveled for months in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand). The seats were comfortable and reclining, with a lot of space between the rows. We were given cold water, a fruit juice, a snack, and a food coupon for dinner at 11pm. The bus left perfectly in time and we arrived 15 minutes before schedule. The staff was very nice (both at the check-in counter and on board).
