i was miss my ferry and i request to make change of date or change destination city and can pay little more but no one help me🥹
the driver left with my luggage but without me at the stop he made. inhad to run and cross the motorway(2x3lanes) to catch up with the bus on the other side, lucky e he had to take a u-turn! then he dropped me in the middle of nowhere/ i’m sure with best intentions (closer to my target), but no option there to grab a taxi / but he is a really good driver! before we left he left the door open (over 1/2h),even though the bus in front of us had is engine running and all the pollution went in the bus-he ignored my efforts to close it
My trip was horrible. The first bus was okay. One could have traveled all the way to Phuket in a good mood. But then they transferred us to a small bus to Surat Thani. Why would you even make a connection? They don't write that on the ticket on the 12go website. This is terrible. The worst thing about the bus was that the seats didn't recline, and there are very small distances between them for European people. That means the company doesn't care about them. After the trip Everything from my legs to my neck hurt.
The driver was very unpleasant to deal with. I wanted to sit up front to avoid the discomfort of seats sized for children, but he just waved me off. Very unpleasant man.
He also came and picked up some parcels about 10 times and put one of them on the front seat, the only seat on the bus that reclines!!!! BOX SEAT.
He also stopped to eat near below average stores. The food selection was poor, the store was just a high street store with chips and cookies.
I do not recommend anyone to ride with this company. If even no one else is there - walk to Phuket.

Everything was perfect until Our transfer from Phuket to Patong. The driver insisted that we didn’t pay for the transfer to Patong when it stated it on the ticket and demanded more money from us. Luckily I rang 12go and they sorted it out for me before he was going to leave us on the side of the road.
The boat was on time, the driver was friendly, it was a small bus not a minivan which is a good thing but we still arrived 2 hours late. It's not the driver's fault because he only took two 20-minute breaks, it's just false advertising, they tell us a 7h30 hour journey when even without breaks it takes at least 9h. If I knew it was going for a 9h trip I would take a plane.
