Be careful to read condition of luggage size. My van was full and since I was last I need up sitting next to the driver. It also arrived 1 hour late. But they have enough reserve time for connecting boat. I actually had about 2 hours which gave me time to get something to eat. The speedboat was comfortable, lots of space and comfy seats. All luggage was inside and protected.

The pick-up time depends on your hotel and can be after 9:30. Our hotel was located outside the pick-up area and we had to pay 100B per person extra. We didn’t have this information before. We had a break where you could have some lunch and go to the bathroom. The van driver’s English wasn’t the best so we couldn’t communicate with her. There was quite a long transition period before the ferry.

Operator had more bookings than could fit in the van and made 4 people sit on 3 seats which is uncomfortable and unsafe. Also was surprised that people have baggage with them and struggled to fit bags in to the van which led to delay. And of course there was additional fee for baggage. Plus point - we got where we were going

If your van has soft seats and not leather ones, it will be more comfortable!
