The bus was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The visa process was interesting but easy. Basically you give your passport and money to one of the bus staff and they sort the visa for you at the border. We were a bit stressed that we didn’t get our passports back right away, but we eventually did get them back when we stopped for dinner on the Cambodian side. Free dinner was a great addition to this trip.
Spent three months in SE Asia and this is the best bus journey we’ve been on so far. Very comfy, sensible driving, journey was explained when we got on the bus including when we’d be stopping and for how long. Same goes for at the border, they charge a little more for processing the visas altogether for you, but it was such a smooth process we were happy to pay $5ish extra. Just be aware that it will not be 6hrs altogether as I think it says on website, this does not account for the stops and border crossing.

Great ride. Huge bus and only 8 of us on it. Had plenty of leg space, was very surprised when we received a snack and a can of latte. The seats were comfy and reclined well. Drive wasn’t too bumpy and we had good breaks. Great for the price and they were so so helpful with visas took no time at all at the border!

Excellent service, bus left on time and was comfortable. Passports given over to the assistants when on the bus itself, who spoke good English and then helped with a smooth border crossing into Cambodia. Cold water bottles handed out at the start, and we’re quickly served a complimentary Vietnamese coffee which was delicious. Decent lunch included at a roadside cafe after the border, and the journey took as long advertised. Would travel again with this company.

The bus ran to time and the staff's explanation of each step of the border process was clear, meaning there were no issues, even when other travellers did not have the correct visas. The staff fixed this and after only a short delay everyone was back on the bus.

Bus at time, exchange money at their office Dong to Riel, SIM card a bit more expensive than the original but available with the best phone provider of Cambodia "cellcard" for 12$/30 days (6go per day + 120min call).
The bus was comfortable and the stuff really friendly and English speaker.
They provide some snack on the way and few stops to rest. They are also the one dealing with the passeport and visa for Cambodia.
I recommande this company!
