Employees at bus stop helped a foreigner turists who don’t understand vietnamese. The sleeping seat was almost perfect but could have been just a little bit longer for a 1,79cm woman.
We got denied multiple times on the bus station and the operator number cannot be contacted. No one is talking in english and we are having a hard time almost missed our bus ride.
Tho the bus personnel is nice.

Good trip over all. Started off an hour late, the driver used his horn to play songs which was annoying but overall it was a good trip.
Brought us from Ho Chi Minh to Da Lat. They don't have toilets on board but made several stops to get out if you need to. Moreover the beds are quite small and rather designed for asian people. I'm 1,76m and barely fitted in the bunk.
12Go didn't reserve a ticket, provide my phone number to the bus company (which they needed to look up my ticket), and didn't pay the company on time. Information about terminals and departure time was not made clear by 12Go and covid safety information provided by 12Go was not accurate. Thanh Buoi was good- but 12Go sucks.

I don't usually write reviews on here but I felt compelled to for this company. Hands down the best transport experience I've had in my life. Was so pleasantly surprised by the service provided with this company. From the moment you arrived at their office in HCMC staff are there to greet you and provide you with a chair and information. The busses run on time like clockwork every 15 minutes. The bus itself is super modern and comfortable you're provided with a blanket and water and wet wipes. The cabin is so clean and comfortable with a TV screen and usb charging ports, reading light with multiple settings. There is a shutter for the indow so no light comes in if you choose. There is also a curtain to the bus itself which velcros shut so you can have full privacy. I felt the driver drove safely and also didn't sound the horn too much or too loudly (which I was worried about as I was in the front cabin) when you arrive at dalat you are dropped at their super modern, clean and well staffed office where they even provide complimentary snacks and tea which was great for us as we had to wait there a few hours before we could check into our hostel. Overall a brilliant experience would highly recommend.

The driver was weirdly touchy (another passenger complained about it too), the bus had to go into the garage halfway to get something checked/fixed, and (but maybe it is always like this) the bus was constantly making a low humming noise, which I can only assume was because the bus driver was not driving in the correct gear (too high) for its speed. Sometimes I would notice him shift gears and the sound go away.
