The boat from Gili T to Padangbai always go through Gili Air and Lombok so add extra hour. There is no airco so its a hot box you are sitting in. The water gets in to the boat. However, It was better then Ostina.

DO NOT USE! We booked the 10:15am boat, when we arrived at checkin at 9:15am, we were told the boat was already delayed an hour. We came back at 11am to move our bags ready to go on the boat but were told to wait in the night market for further instruction. We waited until 1:30pm to finally leave!! The boat then took 3 hours and stank of petrol. We missed a whole day of our trip because of this company, pay a little bit more and go with a better company!

The afternoon has high waves as the boat not big enough to block them so can get easily sea ill. As well this boat doesn’t have AC on the lower deck. About time all companies are late so there is no comparison.

When I take ticket for a boat which goes 2 hours, it means the way MUST take 2 ours.. Our way took 3.5 ours.. A/C must be on the boat and it means it must work but no one worked. And procces of luggage loading is absolutely not thought out and takes a lot of time. And you may also find broken seats if the boat is full, some will be unlucky. In general, if you want to ruin your entire experience of visiting Gili, use the services of this company with their rusty vessels.. Terrible trip

Boarding on time good in Gili T, but we didn’t knew that we have to drive to another Gili Iland and Lombok, because of that we arrived at 12:15 instead 11:15 in Bali, i asked some guests from Lombok there arrivaltime was 11:40.. why by us 11:15? If we knewd tgat we took abotherone boat..

The staff and the boat were beautiful just windy so we got a bit wet up the top but nothing the boat driver could do, definitly wasn’t his fault we could have moved but enjoyed the experience. Make sure you sit up the top it’s a much nicer ride

Boat departed late at 12-12:15 pm instead of 1130 am and also made unscheduled stops at Gili Air and Lombok. We finally reached Padang Bai at around 330 pm.
