Megan GThere’s no communication whatsoever and no one speaks English, not even a little. Waited a while for the bus to set off, one guy asked for my ticket, took it and threw it away and then later asked again where my ticket was… it’s really disorganised and It made me feel quite uncomfortable. When we stopped for a toilet break, the driver wouldn’t let my partner back on the bus and was really rude waving his hands telling him to go away so he had to wait 10 mins outside the bus until the driver decided to let him back in! Absolutely disgusting behaviour I wouldn’t recommend if you want a stress free trip

Sandrine Private driver was 30min in advance, added 150000VND as my hotel was 11km from the main city. It took 5h to go from my homestay near lai cai to Hanoi airport. No break planned on the raid was just asking to stop for toilet break. Very efficient service
